Dr. Victoria Chang was very professional, spent much time reviewing all my symptoms, eye exam, pictures of my eye & correctly diagnosing my eye inflection. She was so wise, intelligent and excellent academically qualified. She's a doctor's doctor! She saved my eye sight!
