NP Chandler seems to be an exceptional caregiver. I'll return to this facility before going to another urgent care on the future.

All the staff and healthcare providers were friendly, insightful, and took the time to make me feel genuinely cared for, from the moment I walked in the doors. Sara took extra time to make sure I understood the treatments and medications being provided - even going above and beyond to let me know she’d be available for any additional questions that may come up later.

Sara was so sweet to my daughter! She brought in her teddy bear and Sara checked his ears too (which my daughter thought was THE BEST). She came home saying she had to give her bear his medicine too.

The nurse practitioner listened carefully and understood my symptoms. I appreciated that the visit was not rushed and the test results were shared with me in a timely manner.

The NP was exceptional,caring and thorough, I have been to one where on a second visit she didn’t do anything and give the meds time to work which I understand that but I was worse and she did nothing and I walked out this was not a BJC facility, thi s N P like I said was exceptional and I would not hesitate to go back to her and also I am a retired nurse
