What else would you like to say about your experience?
Overall, my experience was exceptional. I had a very little wait time and I feel like I was taking very good care of. I would definitely go back if needed in the future. I actually sent my son there last week for an injury he had.

The staff was very polite and cared about my concerns with my incident. The nurse that addressed my incident was great. She helped me. She told me all about the medications I would be taking and she answered all my questions. So everything was perfect. Thank you.

NP Chandler seems to be an exceptional caregiver. I'll return to this facility before going to another urgent care on the future.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
All the staff and healthcare providers were friendly, insightful, and took the time to make me feel genuinely cared for, from the moment I walked in the doors. Sara took extra time to make sure I understood the treatments and medications being provided - even going above and beyond to let me know she’d be available for any additional questions that may come up later.
