I just really feel like Dr. Krueger is the best primary care physician I've ever had. He listens to my concerns, doesnt push meds and offers very relatable and informative feedback. He's pleasant and very professional and just overall very good at what he does. Im also impressed with how punctual he is....not usually the case with so many doctors. The office staff is also great! I travel quite a distance(past 4 other IHAs) that are closer...but will continue to stay at milan with Dr. Krueger.

Dr. Krueger is the best physician I could possibly have. He cares about me as a person, involves me in treatment decisions, gives good advice, answers questions thoroughly and spends whatever time I need when we meet.

As I mentioned earlier, Dr. Armstead is my GP, but she was not available for this emergency appointment so I was scheduled to see Dr. Kruger. He was kind, considerate, he listened to my symptoms, and I was confident with his diagnosis. If in future, Dr. Armstead is not available I would probably request to see him again.

Seriously the best PCP Dr. a person could ask for. We followed him from Canton office to Milan and have made the drive all the way to Milan in order to continue seeing him for the last few years. He is non judgmental, does not blame your broken toe on weight or anything else like a lot of Dr's like to do. He listens to every word you say and gives honest, unbiased treatment plans. Follows up with other providers in a timely manner and is quick with a portal response, paperwork completion and Rx Refills.
My only complaint is that he is only one man. I wish all Drs where like him
