Both Shane & Dr. Killen are why I came back to MacNeal/Loyola for left knee replacement. They did a great job in 2024 on my right knee replacement.

Shae has been a big help regarding my medical issues and my recovery from arthroscopic knee surgery. She answers any questions I may have and makes sure that I understand any and all procedures that I will be going through. I enjoy Shae's friendly demeanor coupled with her excellent bedside manner.

Everyone was good. Just one thing keep asking for someone to bath me. And diaper never got them. Otherwise everyone was good 😊👍
