My experience with this appointment was very disappointing. The appointment felt extremely rushed, and I did not feel that the provider was fully engaged in our conversation or showed the empathy I expected when discussing concerns about my daughter’s appetite. Rather than feeling supported, I felt that the responsibility was being placed on me as a parent for my daughter’s lack of appetite. I also found the suggestion to seek therapy inappropriate in the context of our conversation, and I left feeling that my concerns had not been adequately addressed. Additionally, the provider ended the appointment by leaving the room without saying goodbye. I said goodbye to her, but she did not acknowledge me, which I found unprofessional and disrespectful. I was also surprised when she asked to record the conversation. I understand that there may be policies or reasons for recording appointments, but this was unexpected and had never been requested during any of my previous healthcare appointments, either for myself or my family. I would have appreciated a clear explanation of the purpose of the recording. Overall, I left the appointment feeling unheard, dismissed, and disappointed by the lack of empathy and professionalism. When discussing a child’s health, parents deserve to feel respected, listened to, and supported. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively to improve the patient and family experience.

Dr Bangert was a great pediatrician, I highly recommend her, since from every visit we always got satisfied for every answer about our baby’s milestone and my baby is even get better from eczema, thank you Dr Bangert🙏

Dr. Bangert is the absolute best! She always make my child and i feel comfortable and heard. I reccomend her to everyone I know!

Dr. Bangert always gets on our child's level and meets her where she is to make sure she is comfortable during exams. She is always up to date on our child's history, even when it is with other specialists/offices. We recommend Dr. Bangert to everyone we know!
