Dr O’Dowd is a wonderful physician. She was well prepared for my visit, having studied my records before I arrived. She listened attentively to my concerns, and addressed all of my questions thoroughly. Her gentle and warm approach made me feel cared for and confident that I am in good hands. I feel very lucky to have found her.

Dr. O’Dowd is the best!! She is a great listeners, and presents options to improve your health. She is very through in her examinations. In my 74 years I have never had a doctor this great! I give her a 5 star review. All of the staff at her office are very efficient and super nice.

I am more than pleased with my health care team. There is never a sense of them being rushed, they listen to me and answer my questions appropriately.

They need new examination tables and some patients may need a bar to hold onto by the scale(for balance). The exam tables should have the option of adjusting the height.

I was recently in Europe and I had a medical issue that I experienced that caused me some pain, distress and debilitation and serious concern. On my return home to Reno I called the Renown Primary Premium Care office The friendly, professional, helpful front office staff made an appointment for me the following morning . First I spoke with Nurse Michelle who told me to fast in preparation for lab bloodwork Michelle is very knowledgeable and amazingly gentle drawing blood! After the results were received I then saw. Dr. O’Dowd who has a very caring demeanor and who has the ability to communicate and explain to me my concerns and medical issues which I very much appreciated. She explained the significance of the Lab Test results each one at a time and based on those detailed results offered a positive prognosis and relieved my concerns that there might be kidney or liver damage. I would strongly recommend The Renown Primary Care Premium option for anyone seeking a primary care physician. My thanks Dr. O’Dowd and to the whole team.

Dr. O’Dowd is the best physician I have ever had. She is so caring and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. Michelle is a great nurse. She helped me resource compression socks, looking up where I can purchase them locally. She is so kind and great at drawing my blood for lab work.
