The service is excellent -exactly what I expect from Premier care. Entire staff friendly and helpful. Not sure where to put this comment, so I settled on this page. I found the questions about what Dr O and myself discussed were odd. I had my annual exam and the nurse asked me those questions-I assume the questions were for Medicare. However, what I discuss with my provider is confidential

The care team from reception, to the nurses, to Dr. O'Dowd are all professional and friendly. They show concern for your schedule, condition for which you need care, and the urgency of your situation. And they are all really nice people.

Dr. O'Dowd 's medical knowledge is the best of any doctor I have seen at Renown in Reno. She will go out of her way to help me in any way possible to solve my problems, give me advice and refer me to other specialist.

Dr. O' Dowd has every quality you would look for in a doctor. She is extremely patient, kind and very knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain the things that I don't understand, so I am never reluctant to ask questions. Her compassion and empathy sets her apart from many providers I currently see. I am very grateful to have Dr. O' Dowd as my primary care physician.
