Dr. O’Dowd, MD, is an excellent physician in my opinion. Listens to my concerns and also explains all test results in a manner which a lay-person can understand. She is very helpful and constructive with her recommendations.

[ ] came to Dr O’Dowd for [ ]. Dr O’Dowd saw us in the office. We were sent for a [ ] and she prescribed a med for [ ]. [ ] was in care flighted to Renown two days later. He was Renown’s first [ ] patient, diagnosed with a [ ]. What Dr O’Dowd had every reason to think was [ ] was something else entirely. But here’s the thing: the docs at [ ] said when she was [ ] for [ ], there were about 5 she could have picked from, and of those five she chose the one that gave [ ] the best chance to survive long enough to get to Renown and eventually on [ ]. [ ] incredible survival story starts with Dr O’Dowd. She gave him the best [ ] at the time and her decision to pick the med she did have us our first big break on survival. When [ ] was at Renown, Michelle called me every few days. I’m not sure how you thank someone for saving your life, but w will never forget what she did.

Yes Dr. O’Dowd is very through and very interested in why I was there. She listens very carefully and asks specific question on what your symptoms are. I never feel rushed. She asks background questions of what I have done snd anything different that lead up to my symptoms. I cannot say enough good about how excellent she is. She is an outstanding provider.
