Asked questions to better understand me, how I feel, and why I feel the way I do when refilling prescription. Appointment didn’t feel rushed. Very transparent and clear with next steps, options, and other information without being asked.

I'm new to the area and have not had the best experience with medical professionals. My experience with Dr Bowers and Renown was so positive. I need to take things slow and she was very understanding and explained our plan for my healthcare needs.

Cecilia ordered additional tests when my condition continued to deteriorate, is prompt in explaining test results and treatment plans, and continues to reach out to check my status. She is also pro active in assisting with referrals to specialists. When I was initially referred to Renown's Womens Health group and they were unresponsive, she arranged a referral to a different provider.
