Cecilia was amazing. I haven’t had a primary care appointment in a long time and she took the time to ensure every question I had was answered. She truly seemed to care about my health and wellbeing. I most definitely will continue to see her and she made me feel very comfortable and heard. Big thank you to her.

I was unsure of my visit as I had to contact someone to refill a prescription after my PCP retired. Mrs. Bowers happened to have the soonest opening and within a reasonable distance to travel. I felt comfortable talking to her, but I particularly was impressed with noticing she had thoroughly gone through my chart before my appointment and had brought up things I’d forgotten. I’m pleased she has openings, and my wife and I are pleased to have a conscientious provider to help us with our care going forward.

Yes, she listened to me and was very kind. She did not blow off my concerns or make me feel invalidated. I appreciate her very much she made me feel heard and hopefully we will find out if anything is wrong with me.

I had to find a ñew PCP and was interviewing new providers. I felt immediately at ease with Cecilia Bowers. Her notes after the initial visit were thorough and easy to understand. I have been suffering with a chronic condition for 6 years and she was the first provider to take me seriously. She answers questions thru My Chart quickly. Her medical assistant is very good, too.

Ms. Bowers, just like Dr.Lin was very thorough in assessing and explaining everything in my chart. She meticulously explained my [ ] and [ ], which she explained as more safe and did not have the adverse effects of the previous that I explained to her. Very patient and respectful.
