Yeah, Cecilia Bowers is awesome. I would say that this, you need to change the timing on these polls because when I look at the phone to press a number, by the time I pull it back to my ear, you're halfway through the second question. So you need to give people a few seconds. I'm actually in a crowded restaurant, so I have to jam it up to my ear. But just take a three-second beat and don't start talking immediately, because obviously the phone is away from their face when you're seeing it. So just something for your developers. Thank you.

This was the first time that I saw Cecilia Bower. I thought she did a great job and I was able to get an appointment same day. My regular doctor is Ashley Demple, so I am familiar with her location. I thought she was really good. My only, only thing would be that she talks really fast and I am a nurse and in home health and so I just kept thinking I can't imagine older patients really would be having a hard time following. So I was able to follow her, but she talked really, really quickly. So I think if maybe she's just slowed down a team there, it would be perfect 10 out of 10. So thank you.

I would like to say what or more appropriately who made my first visit so excellent was the Medical Assistant Amber. She is kind, empathetic, and very efficient. She welcomed me to the office ( which has never happened to me before) which actually shocked me but set the tone for my whole experience. She made me feel very comfortable, safe and relaxed. Thank you Amber.

I sent a message and email to my provider and I was actually gotten back to within a couple of days and they already had an appointment open for me to see her and take care of what I needed to take care of. And then she recommended me to another doctor for physical infection, physical therapy or whatever. And she did great. So thank you.

I think Cecilia Bowers is one of the best doctors nurse practitioners or whatever she is that I have ever seen she is very thorough she is very kind she doesn't talk down to you or treat you inadequately or be condescending at all she's just a wonderful person inside now and I trust her with my care 100%.
