What else would you like to say about your experience?
Every time I see Loe, she has a different nurse. Dr. Loe is not compassionate and never has been to me. When I want to ask her a question, she tells me we will talk about that subject later if it doesn’t apply to what we were currently discussing. I left her office again very frustrated and unhappy.

Dr Loe is a great physician and I always get my questions answered. Her staff is great as well! Been going to her for close to 20 years if not longer. Great practice!

I have been going to Dr. Loe for over 20 years and she has always given me the time needed to listen and address my concerns and needs. I have complete confidence in her.

Dr Cayabyab-Loe is an exceptional doctor. She listens well and clearly explains her thinking and approach to the problem at hand. She is knowledgable and empathic and I feel fortunate to have her as my GP.

I've always had wonderful visits with Dr. Lo and her staff. They have always treated me with the utmost respect. And I love Dr. Lo. She is a wonderful doctor. I wish I'd have met her years ago.

I have been going to Dr. Loe for 30 years and I always feel great when I am with her. She listens to me and remembers who I am. Her new staff is very attentive to me as well. I really think there is something wrong with her scale it’s always too much.

Dr. Kayabi Allo is great. I like her. She listens. She's very careful. I've been with her for more than 15 years. So she's really, really good. She's a listener. So she talks to me about what is going on and give me feedback and get back to me.

My doctor listens to me and gives me info in a way that is easy to understand. When I ask for a referral for a specific problem she suggests someone & even contacts them for me. All the support staff directs me to & from blood draws etc. Everything is coordinated & efficient.

Dr. Loe is an excellent physician. She cares about her patients and their health and she’s extremely kind and knowledgeable about medical issues and procedures. Patients trust her diagnosis because she treats patients with the utmost dignity and respect. It’s an honor having her as a primary care physician,

Dr. Cabanyaa-Loe and the nurse, were both excellent. All my doctors at BJC are excellent.

I never felt rushed by Dr Loe during my visit, which made me feel that she is truly listening …. in order to determine the best plan of care for me.

I was late for my appointment and Dr. Loe still agreed to see me and took her took her time and didn’t rush even though it was the end of the day. She was exceptional :-)

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lowe’s for almost 20 years and while I generally just see her yearly at this visit she did not seem to recall me ( didn’t greet by name), and asked me questions about my marital status & family that I would’ve expected her to know by glancing at my profile before coming in room. I know they have high caseloads but reacquainting themselves with patient info even a couple minutes ahead of an appointment would help.

Dr. Elizabeth Cayabyab-Loe. My appointment was at 4pm which is probably the end of the day. She came in room full of zest and gave me the time to get to the real problem. She sent me over to the hospital to get X-ray and then to physical therapy all in the same evening.

Dr. Cayabyab-Loe spent a lot of time with me and was very thorough in answering my questions and arranging referrals for following up. I am very pleased and impressed with her skills.
