Everyone was very polite and a tentative to me. Never had to wait very long to be seen by anyone.
I have been going to Dr. Lowe for over 30 years. That should say something for this practice and for my doctor.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I'm one of Dr. Cayabyab-Loe's patients. I have been with her since I was the age of 18. I refer my daughter to her and talk to her very highly throughout the BJC system as well as with my family and friends. I would love for her to stay in practice. I know she'll retire soon, but again, I've been with her since I was 18, and she has referred me to some good doctors, my new OBGYN doctor, and any doctors I have. She keeps up with my records very well. She talks to me about the last competition we just left off of. I see her every year for my annuals and make sure that I have my breast exam done and keep me informed of all my medications and things of that nature. So great job, Dr. Cayabyab-Loe.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I can’t say enough about the compassionate care I received. Everyone, from Dr to ancillary staff was helpful and made me feel as if I was the only one they had to care for! Keep up the good work!!!!

Dr. Lilibeth takes a lot of time with me. She asks many questions, and listens to my replies. She gives advice where I need it. Then we also have 'extra time' to talk because she knows some of my children from her elementary school days!

Dr Loe took extra time to understand my medical history and understand the issues I faced. I felt she took all the time needed to provide me with excellent care. I never felt hurried.

While Dr. Loe seems to be a competent physician, I have observed on more than one occasion that her priority seems to be finishing up the exam as quickly as possible so she can move on to the next patient. As a result I’m hoping to find a different doctor.

Dr Loe is good listener, explaining in easy terms if you have medical concerns , accommodating, friendly, & very knowledgeable. Other staff members are also friendly, helpful, & accommodating.

From arrival to exit the staff is courteous, friendly, and supportive. Dr. Loe is my quarterback in a complicated situation. I am confident I am in good hands with her.

A very good experience with my doctor, she was helpful, asked good questions & listened.
I'm hard of hearing and she slowed her speech and faced me when speaking, making it so much easier for me to understand her.

Dr. Cayabyab Loe is a wonderful doctor. I am thankful she is in my life. I came to be her patient when I brought my Mother to be her patient. I came along with her, and I am glad I did. I trust Dr. Loe to make good decisions about my health. Thank you, Dr. Loe!

Dr. Loe really cares about her patients. My mother was her patient, I am and also my daughter. She showed my mother patience beyond comparison. She is always great with my daughter and me.

Every time I see Loe, she has a different nurse. Dr. Loe is not compassionate and never has been to me. When I want to ask her a question, she tells me we will talk about that subject later if it doesn’t apply to what we were currently discussing. I left her office again very frustrated and unhappy.
