Scott is very personable and seeks to help the patient through the process of healing. Also, on short notice he accommodated a patient’s need. This extends to the entire staff.

Does not listen to patient's complaint, only seems interested in presenting his scripted message to patient and family. Does not seem to have sufficient experience in wound care and surgical background. Nice personality but not qualified for his job.
