I appreciate his kindness and patience with me, as I was very worried about my heart. He was reassuring and knowledgeable. I am going to start seeing him for my visits

He was able to answer the questions we had, and gave us further guidance based on my history at that time

I felt that he was concerned and very informative. He explained why certain tests were not necessary because of the EKG and former test performed at the hospital. He was carrying and extremely polite.

Clai was very compassionate and empathetic. I had a minor meltdown over the automatic BP cuff and he helped calm me down. This episode was VERY UNLIKE me, but I literally had flashbacks to my bad experience in the hospital with the cuff cutting off my circulation and bruising my arm. This is why I want to only have my BP taken manually.
