Catrina is very kind, she takes her time with her patient, she listens to your concerns and she is very helpful. She shows you that she cares about you and your health. She is one of the best healthcare providers that I have had. She is one of the best, a winner in my book.

It's been a while they visit an office so professional and friendly. The customer service was excellent. I felt very comfortable. I'm one of those people that do not like visiting doctor office.

The day I went the waiting room was empty. It is very clean and peaceful. I had a very pleasant experience. Catrina was so kind and helpful and I loved my nurse too. Great personality and sense of humor.

My doctor's office is excellent, but upon entering the actual facility at the front door, the woman at the front desk asked too many personal questions. She yelled out, what doctor are you here to see? And it wasn't necessary. I knew exactly where I was going.

This was the first time I saw my dr at this office. The office was clean, comfortable and spa-like. Very nice experience.

There was some confusion after leaving the office with the doctor. I believe that the checkout process or instructions following an appointment could have been a little clearer on how to schedule the test that the doctor wanted me to have done.

Catrina was absolutely great! I never felt so comfortable with a Ob before. I felt like she was patient, listened carefully and did not rush me . It is nice to see a doctor nowadays that really listens to your concerns and willing to work with you! I absolutely will be coming back!

The doctor was very professional and very nice and listened to my problems. She addressed them and helped explain any procedure she was doing or any tests she was having to request. She was amazing.

My provider was amazing and I was nervous because I was new to the practice but she made me so comfortable. The nurse who brought me to my room was very rude tho, she didn't give me the best first impression so I was nervous being there

I was very happy with my visit to Dr. Cerasani and the experience in general. She spent a good amount of time with me and was engaged. It was a productive visit. The front desk staff is also very pleasant.

This was my first visit to the facility. The facility was clean, equipment looked brand new; the staff was friendly and helpful, and my PA was very nice, patient, thorough and informative.

Catrina is amazing. Simple. She listens, is attentive and responsive when it comes to messages. I really appreciate her professionalism, bedside manner and the way she really cares. Honestly one of the best provider I've had in my life time. As someone who experienced medical trauma she really does an excellent job at making sure you leave the office feeling like you have an answer and that you are in good hands. Many raises and blessing to PA Catrina!

Very grateful that they were able to give me an appt on a short notice. Everyone at the office is nice and helpful. All my concerns were answered.

Having communication when the doctor is running late for whatever reason would have been very helpful. I was seen about an hour and 15 minutes after my appointment time, and it made me feel like my time was not valued. The nurse practitioner was great. The person who took my vitals was great, but there was really no communication, and that's not excusable.

Hi, the staff in your office is very welcoming, very nice. I didn't wait more than a minute, and directions were clear, information was explained well, and Catrina Sarasani is very, very nice, very friendly, wonderful bedside manner, explained things, made small talk, advised me. I really like her. It's really hard to find a good gynecologist. Thank you, have a nice day.
