Dr Cathy is spot on, a great listener, and she understands where I am mentally. I find her calming, and always leaves me with soothing tools to help me until the next visit. I have high anxiety and worry too much, she validates me and is a calming force. I can't thank her enough. A true diamond professional for the Baptist group

About my visit with Dr. Connolly, I liked every minute of it. She is unique. I appreciate her professionalism and admire her empathy. Her ability to listen and alway proposing alternatives for the different circumstances I am facing is significant for my treatment. Her attention to details makes me feel that “I am not “a patient”, but “the patient”. I always wait with great expectation for my next appointment with Dr. Connolly. Thanks Dr. Connolly. Dr. Connolly listens to me. I mean, really listens. Her therapy and feedback has helped me understand the source of my anxiety and depression. Armed with this knowledge, she has helped me create a plan to deal with (and hopefully, overcome), negative emotions.

Absolutely, the BEST group of mental healthcare professionals. Dr Cathy is a rockstar, she's intuitive, smart, approachable, empathetic, and honest with a HIGH LIKEABILTY-FACTOR.,She a chameleon in that she can adapt her style to fit your style. and still be her authentic self. I trust her, she knows me, and knows how to help me help myself. I enjoy our time together and I leave with a better outlook on my life and future. MY VISIT WITH DR. CONNOLLY WAS GOOD AND PRODUCTIVE AS ALWAYS. DR C. always makes me feel comfortable enough so that I can relay how I'm feelings and I'm always happy to share the things that I've been going through with her. We have good sessions and she gives me positive feedback.

Dr Connolly is the absolute BEST! Why? She knows me, and she has quite a few patients AND I always feel like she knows AND understands ME. She is able to adapt very quickly to the mood, the situation, and/or current events...in MY life. She listens and asks very thoughtful questions that lead me UP the pathway to more positivity and/or acceptance and coping of life and life challenges. I truly recommend Dr Connolly. If there is a long wait, for the initial appointment, know that she is totally worth the wait. Thank you Dr Connolly!
