All the staff here are very friendly, I don’t feel rushed and Dr. Winslow is thorough and takes her time answering all my questions and is very informative

Dr Winslow is like talking to a good friend. She is kind and considerate. For me being more of a math nerd, biology was not my subject. Dr Winslow explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Not once has she ever make me feel or talked down to me. I refer her to everyone I know who needs a doctor.

In the middle of a health crisis and Dr. Winslow was able to see me same day (online scheduling). She displayed compassion, LISTENING to my concerns, BUT most importantly she was the only DR. that ordered an MRI to evaluate my condition. Other Doctors, including my Primary care Dr., considered the Insurance Company’s hoops they would have to jump through verses patient care and referred me out to a Pain Management Dr. I give Dr. Winslow an A++ for that gumption!

She usually runs on time, so there is not much waiting. She takes her time, I have never felt rushed. She gives options for treatment with reasons behind them. She will make her suggestion and tell you why. However, I have always felt that if I didn't agree, she would try to accommodate or at least consider an alternative. So far, everything she has suggested has been the right path.

This was the first time I had met Dr. Winslow, but she had reviewed my information before she saw me, so she was able to ask questions. She explained what might be causing the issue. She also gave me all of the options that would be available once the issue was determined through an additional test.
