If this is about my surgery pre-op, the nurse blew out my vein in my hand, had to put the IV in my wrist. Was painful. Wasn't addressed. Staff very impersonal.

Dr Parker was warm and confident in her actions and my treatment plan. Her nurse was very thorough in going over some before and after surgical care plans. I highly recommend her office for their patient care and wisdom.

I would rate my experience higher if ai had understood my previous answers! Everyone I have encountered on the 5th floor of Kirklin Clinic since November 2025 when I had my original mammogram with UAB has represented UAB & Women's Health exceptionally well, blending professionalism with kindness and compassion. I have never had a better experience in another facility anywhere.

A very caring facility. They collaborate with the other UAB doctors well, as a team. They work hard to get correct diagnosis, by tests and they look for the best treatment plan. Sometimes that can a trial. A research hospital is in the cutting edge, and I am thankful that I was able to get my breast care at UAB.

Dr. Parker, Felicia, and Dr [ ] are the absolute best. I was so fortunate and lucky to be in their care! I love them all and they truly care! I have also started to see Dr. [ ] and she is outstanding! Excellent service, care, understanding, and personal touches that are unmatched!!!

I had a great experience but it would be helpful to have one nurse that you spoke to during the whole journey that would make you fell more connected to all the different areas and doctors. I know I had access to lots of nurse navigators in all the areas but not one that followed me the whole time and knew me when I called with questions or concerns
