My visit with Catherine was excellent. However, it took me two trips to complete the appointment. The week before I had an appointment, arrived ten minutes early, sat in the waiting room for twenty minutes while every single person who arrived before and after me was shown to an exam room, only to finally learn that my appointment was being held up waiting for insurance approval. I was told it was "policy". Well, it is not my POLICY to waste my time waiting while every person with later appointments are seen to, but not me. I've been going to Bardstown Dermatology for many years and my bill has always been paid. Insurance approval could been sought while I was being examined. I left that day angry. On my second visit, I was seen to immediately and the visit went well.

Dr Harris did my yearly check and checked on my cancer she found first visit. Her and her staff are great. Explains everything I got my husband in for first checkup.

APRN Teresa Catherine Harris did a thorough job of inspecting me. This was a 3-month check-up because she found a melanoma that was removed and also a basal cell cancer that was removed. Both of the items were removed a year ago. She froze a blemish that was iffy.

Perhaps the tech felt rushed, in treating a minor abrasion on my leg, and sprayed medication that raised a blister that is being slow in healing
