I went to check in for my appointment didn’t much more and get my last name out. She told me I had a $80 balance right off the bat I got that straightened out I went to leave went to schedule me an appointment for a month down the road Told the lady my name first thing she said you have a a balance of $80 I just feel like I was being hounded a little bit too much over $80

Everyone in the office was kind and efficient! Catherine Harris was the Nurse Practioner that met me. I always feel like she is thorough and friendly, yet professional! Her Physician's Assistant was very good as well! Thank you for taking good care of me!

Very complete exam. I liked my dr. She gave me two possible prescriptions. I had one filled, but it has had no effect so far.

The appointment went fine. However finding out my copay assistance was denied when I went to fill my prescription wasn’t so great. I spoke to Susan on the phone the day after my appointment and she advised me she would be looking into it and give me a call back. Haven’t received a call back yet after 2 full days. I will be making a call to the office on 11/20/23 to follow up with this problem.
