I was disappointed that I have to wait for the surgery but I do understand that me smoking will affect the bone from healing. I was hoping the surgery would be real soon. I was very happy with the surgeon as she explained everything to me and answered all my questions.

Dr.Sanko was Excellent,,educated me and gave me options, what to expect, without surgery and if things worsen with my floating bits what could be done,,I think we are Lucky to have her in the area,,she is a good listener, and makes eye contact,,hard to trust or believe someone who doesn't look you in the eyes,,, I feel both with Dr.Sanko

My last two appointments at this practice have gone perfectly. Greeted by check-in staff promptly. Waited no more than five minutes to be taken to a room. Provider came in promptly and paid attention to me. Did not seem to be in a rush to get out of the room. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. I have great confidence in a successful upcoming surgery because of the way I have been treated at Maine General and this practice. The MA also did a fabulous job telling what to expect for pre-op and assured me that she would have everything organized . This practice that understands and demonstrates MaineGenerals mission. They need to be recognized.

Hi, I do appreciate that Dr. Sanko had time to sit and discuss about my, my bone in my shoulder, with a video relay interpreter and I had asked her many questions and she sat and listened and answered my questions and we were able to give each other dialogue. I think she did a wonderful job with me and the VRI, the video relay interpreter, which we all worked well together. I give her a thumbs up and she know and I hope that she's able to work with more deaf patients in the future. Thumbs up.
