Dr. Keating and his team are - in a word - outstanding. Collectively, they are compassionate, highly responsive, and genuinely interested in their patients' health and well being. To wit, I am scheduled for 3 weeks travel in Europe and 1 week prior to departure, my [ ] acting up again. I messaged the office via My Chart on [ ], received a call early the next morning scheduling me to see Dr. Keating the same day. It was determined I should have another [ ], and I was fit into the schedule for the [ ] the following day ([ ]). And all of this in a week which included a [ ]. Dr. Keating and his team are exceptional brand ambassadors for Renown.

The entire staff, from check in/out personnel, nurse to Dr. Keating is so friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I can’t even say there is any waiting time, I’m in and out but never feel rushed by the doctor’s exam. He always listens to my concerns and answers any questions I may have.

Dr Keating is the only pain doctor that I or my family will ever go to. His skill & knowledge not only in medicine but in life, are beyond expert level. Renown is lucky to have him and I hope will do whatever is needed to keep him.

From Antonio, Rosesita to Dr. Keating, everytime I've been seen or have questions there has always been a quick response, especially with Rosesita (sp). Everyone is so helpful, caring and knowledgeable.

Only my 2nd visit with Dr Keating. He was friendly and professional. He listened to my explanation of symptoms and asked detailed questions before doing a physical exam. Very thorough and ran the plan by me before proceeding. Exceptional patient experience!

I want to recognize Rosita for always greeting with a friendly smile and finding a way to make your comfort a concern of hers. She has always been so accommodating, thorough and continues to go the extra mile. She is by far the support care provider I have ever encountered in over 35 years of seeking care woth Renown. She makes you feel good and well cared for regardless of your pain level. Please reward her. She deserves it.

I saw Doctor Keating kind of anticipating getting a knee injection that I thought I needed. My knee appointment went good. The doctor said his exam of me portrays that I am healthier than the (rather wordy) MRI might indicate. I really like Doctor Keating's attitude etc. To compare my knee to his knees, he told me he was a catcher in baseball in college. He showed me his left knee that was swollen more than his right knee. But that he is still able to be very athletic. This made me feel confident with my own knees. He did say he is available to give me an injection when I thought it might be needed. I am feeling much better confidence-wise. PS I think he especially liked seeing my boxing video to kind of give him my general workout capabilities and attitude.

I have had two appointments with Dr Keating. My impression is very favorable, but it is really to early for me to fully evaluate. He has gone through collecting information, but he will start treatment next week.
