Dr Keating is exceptional in all aspects. The staff additionally especially Rosita, MA, did a fabulous job as usual. Front staff was also very special.

The receptionist is very friendly and helpful every time I visit and assistant is medical assistant is super great, listened to my problems and everything else and then Dr. Keating is the best doctor I ever had for the pain med. So I definitely recommend Dr. Keating to everybody. I really appreciate his effort and then I am looking forward to seeing him in the future. Thank you.

Everyone is so nice and helpful at Renown, but this dept is extra specially wonderful. I really enjoy coming here because I know they smile and greet me like a friend. Everyone- the front desk clerks, the Med Assistants, and Dr Keating make me feel welcomed. They listen to all my concerns and I truly love all of them!

Anyone needing help with pain is extremely fortunate to have Dr. Keating as their doctor. Dr. Keating is knowledgeable, professional, easily understood, yet very friendly. All the staff are fantastic also.

Med assistant (Rosita) noticed my partner was not with me when she took me back for appt. she asked about him, and I said he was finishing a phone mtg in the car and would be in when finished. She said she would look out for him and bring him back when he arrived. She did this and all worked out smoothly. Partner got to participate in entire mtg. Much appreciated, as he is my extra set of ears.
