Dr. Keating really understands my situation and offers alternatives to help me manage my [ ] properly. He is genuinely concerned and discusses alternatives with me and has been helping me as much as possible for many years. He always spends as much time as possible with me and listens to me.

The staff has always been able to get me in to see Dr. Keating in a timely manner, when I had ann urgent situation, even when going through the routine scheduling procedure could not.

The scheduling staff were able to get me an appointment ASAP. Dr. Keating really listened to my concerns and ordered [ ] to aid in coming up with a plan of care. I feel such a sense of relief after meeting with him, I receive better care in one visit with him than I have in the past two years with providers outside of Renown for the same health concern!!

The check in PAR was exceptionally friendly and personable. I appreciate being acknowledged even though there was a long line and he was the only one up front when we all showed up at once. The MA was friendly, and Dr. Keating was also very friendly.
