I have never been treated this poorly by a provider to the point where I left shaken and in tears. This behavior should never be allowed to continue.

I would like to ask if the doctor could express findings in layman's terms, not medical terms. The average patient doesn't understand medical terms.

Dr. Galban is a very good and caring doctor once you’re with her. I’ve had to use MyChart on different occasions and couldn’t get a reply. That’s my only issue, which is a problem for me.

Orders medical tests/procedures I am not sure are necessary. Tests ordered are seen through MyChart rather than her telling me in person she is recommending them. No personal feedback on test results - results seen on MyCart.

The doctor I usually saw was on maternity leave. The new young doctor referred me to so many doctors it made my head spin. I did not have any complaints or symptoms that would lead me to need these doctors at this point in time. I have been going to so many appointments in the last 5 months for an orthopedic surgery that adding more appointments to my already busy appointment schedule is overwhelming. Due to my accident/surgery I attend PCP, Orthopedic Surgeon, Eye Physicians and Occupational/physical therapy appointments which at times are very overwhelming. This doctor added 5 more referrals for things that I did not complain about or felt necessary at this time. I felt like she was just trying to cover herself or follow some protocol that I didn't fall into

I was very impressed with Dr.Galban. This appointment was to meet her as my new primary (replacing Dr.Bisaccia). She spent over an hour with me going over history. I am very happy that she is with Mercy.
