Searching for a new doctor

I saw Dr. Charles Smith for over 20 years and was very, very upset when he had to leave. I realized seeing Dr. Carver for the first time in Sept. 2023 I liked him right away…he is a good replacement for Dr. Smith.

Apparently I have diabetes. I have no idea if I'm supposed to check my blood sugar on a daily. I have arthritis in my hip and vascular claudication. I can't walk more than 100 feet without wanting to cry. No one cares. I honestly don't even know why I'm filling this out.

Dr seems to have very little interest in senior issues, after an ER visit, seems to have little concern to assist in diagnosing what might have caused the hospitalization in a different state. Follow up did not go much better, appointment made me feel like was in a big hurry to get out of my appointment with him.

I am much older than he is. Perhaps better bedside manners with seniors. We don’t hear as well and don’t always under stand the medical lingo ,

The only problem I had when visiting Dr.Carver in this location is that I was unaware the doctor's offices were moved from the lower floor to the upper floor.
