He was so kind and helpful. All of my prior medical care has been done through military medicine, and I’m unfamiliar with the processes of things in a civilian clinic, but Dr. Carter was so patient and explained everything to me in detail I could understand. He bore with my forgetfulness, my silly questions, and was helpful beyond what I could ask for.
