I am very happy I switched from [other provider] to Dr Carter. I, along with someone else I recommended have left her care. Dr Carter is much more through and professional.

My mom used to be a patient of Dr. Carter so I had interactions with him when I would take mom to her doctors appointments and I was extremely impressed with how he treated Mom both as a patient and a person. So I am a patient of Dr. Carter and so is my son. I’ve honestly never had a complaint about Dr. Carter or any of his staff! Whatever SJRMC is doing, you are ALL knocking it out of the ballpark!! Keep up the good work!

Dr Carter is very kind. He listened to me and asked me questions about my situation. He explained very well what was happening to me and possible future solutions. And his dad jokes are funny

Dr. Carter was very pleasant. He took time to discuss health issues with my husband and me and provided medical advice.

Dr. Carter made her feel comfortable. She has only seen her NP, Carol Valdez, at this location. She was nervous to talk/meet with someone new. He did a great job explaining everything to not only me, but in terms/ways she would understand.
