Both Jennifer and her nurses aid were extremely helpful. Very friendly and very careful and thorough team. Made my mother feel very much at ease and made me feel comfortable knowing all the information and that they were doing everything they could to help with my mothers condition. Thank you.

Jennifer, the P.A. , was excellent in explaining many different facets of my care. She helped to make the necessary appointments for my care as well as future labs. She went over medications and answered the numerous questions that both my wife and I had concerning my care and future care. She refilled the necessary prescriptions and was very patient with us and did not make us feel rushed in any way. She had a great "bed-side" manor and was very empathetic. I am very appreciative for Jennifer and all that she did during this appointment. [ ]

The entire staff was awesome! Jennifer Carter has a WONDERFUL bed side manner, explains issues, is friendly and relatable. If more doctors were like that people may go when they need to. Lisa and Stephanie were efficient, polite and very knowledgeable! Love your staff!!

Don't get the idea I rate "excellent " easy, as i am a [ ], and detest most doctor visits. First, it was great to get a timely appointment. To get an appointment in the same decade... that's almost enough by itself. Office staff was courteous, and put me in process even though i was way early. Jennifer was a good listener, but her experience level allowed her to anticipate most of my questions. Overall, a courteous and efficient visit.

Jennifer Carter APRN is so patient and very informative regarding my care. I never feel rushed. J.Carter APRN has has excellent bed side manners and takes the the time to listen to all my concerns and when leave the office I feel relieved. Kayla M.A is so attentive, professional and smart she knows her stuff. Lisa (registration) is so polite. She is the first I see when I arrive to the office and the first impression is everything. She professional and check without having to wait which makes it faster to see the provider. My opinion is that the entire staff is awesome.😊
