Staff was very friendly and helpful, Gabrielle Carter was compassionate and respectful asking appropriate questions for optimal outcomes. I’m very happy with the service I received. Would recommend over and over.

she made sure i didn’t miss any concerns i had, asked if i had any extra questions, took her time explaining options with me, and made me feel comfortable going yo the doctors on my own for the first time. she made sure that while i was waiting for a few shots, she let me know they didn’t forget about me but instead explained why it was taking a minute.

The only problem that I have is that I had my ears flushed. Two days later I couldn't hear out onf my left ear and had to go to Trinity's office in Spring Lake because I couldn't get in at the Lakes office. The doctor there had to scrape the wax from my ear drum on the right side and the left side was being blocked by wax packed onto my ear drum . Don't understand how that could happen within 2 days

She was young but very knowledgeable and respectful. She did a great job getting me the correct testing. But I still have not heard very much from her or Dr. Hillman with a number of tests reading abnormal.....a bit frustrating, but I realize there are lots of people.....

Am scared cause never felt this bad of pain before, but she made me feel like I'm not alone and she'll help me. Very hard to come by now a days. I truly hope she's caring and understanding and is there for me. I never want to be a burden to anyone and I'll suffer rather than ask for help, but she gave me confidence in that she won't let me down and be there as I need her. I thank her from the bottom of my heart for this. I'm sorry if I am asking allot of questions, I just want to be tested as an individual in massive pain, not a patient number. I thank you for any help, caring, and understanding as you can give to me. Pain is a fight everyday 24/7 and glad to know that there is someone in my corner and not alone. I haven't felt this much pain in 26 years and that's no lie. Bless you for helping me fight and continue onward towards a better day.
