Ask if payment has any questions before you leave the room cuz I did one I got outside the office and couldn't go back into office cuz the door was locked, so I had to call the office the next day with my question.

This was my first visit. I was very nervous. But I felt calmed and cared for, to the point where my blood pressure dropped to within normal range after meeting her. (She also didn't wear a white coat, which probably helped.)

she made sure i didn’t miss any concerns i had, asked if i had any extra questions, took her time explaining options with me, and made me feel comfortable going yo the doctors on my own for the first time. she made sure that while i was waiting for a few shots, she let me know they didn’t forget about me but instead explained why it was taking a minute.
