I love my BJC family. Dr. Carter was very polite, patient, and listened to everything I had to say, and also gave me comment and feedback on the things that I asked her about. I love her services, and I would love to see her again in the near future. Wonderful job, Dr. Carter.

Dana Carter, demonstrated exceptional attentiveness during my recent appointment. She took the time to thoroughly understand my concerns and actively sought effective treatment options. I appreciated that the session did not feel rushed, allowing for a comprehensive discussion. It was evident that my well-being was her primary focus. I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire visit.

Dana Carter and the rest of the staff were very respectful and courteous. Dana Carter listened to my concerns. She showed empathy. She showed compassion. She gave her sympathy and condolence for the loss of my father. She understood how everything I was going through had affected me. So I would definitely recommend her.

This was my first time seeing the nurse practitioner. It was easy to get an appointment. She listened to me very well and met all my needs on that day

Level of communication making sure I completely understood the instructions that was given to me everyone throughout the office was very pleasant which in turn created a refreshing atmosphere.

My 94 year old mother was highly respected during this visit. Everyone was patient with her, and allowed her to be in charge of decisions.

Ms. Carter did an excellent job of dealing with my issues, was very friendly and competent. During the visit, there was one issue she did not feel competent to deal with by herself, so she left the room briefly to consult with one of the physicians before coming back and giving me instructions and prescribing a medicine. I appreciate her thoroughness.
