Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Ms. Carter did an excellent job of dealing with my issues, was very friendly and competent. During the visit, there was one issue she did not feel competent to deal with by herself, so she left the room briefly to consult with one of the physicians before coming back and giving me instructions and prescribing a medicine. I appreciate her thoroughness.

Dana Carter NP, made me feel heard and validated my concerns. She spent time and was generally concerned about my overall physical and mental health. Dana was very professional and provided excellent care.

This was my first time seeing NP Dana. she was attentive and actually listened. she took time with me and asked questions. I could tell she genuinely cared and I appreciated that.
