My appointment at 10:30; I sat in waiting room for an hour, and then an assistant checked vision, dilated my eyes, only to wait another 30 minutes before seeing the doctor. I left the office at 12:30.

Everyone I encountered was extremely nice and knowledgeable, The personalities and attitudes at this location are highly contagious. I am confident in the exam and explanations I was given. Bravo Zulu to them all. Catherine and Dr. Bee are the cream of the crop. Enjoy your day.

Dr. Bee and staff are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable about thier jobs. There has not been a time yet where I did not feel comfortable asking questions about what was being done.

I got in and out in no time. Everyone was very friendly. The only problem I had was, the office didn't tell me not to wear my contact for 72 hours before my visit. So now I have to go back to have my eye remeasure.

The staff go above and beyond to help patients, staff and visitors. The front desk associate and house supervisor went way above their duty to show kindness to a gentleman needing help that I encountered on my walk to clinic. He needed a help getting to UAB Highlands. The cared and listened to him, found solutions, and also let my doctor's office know I was a few minutes late. Thanks to them. They show how all of us are to care for everyone.

The Callahan Eye Hospital has a staff of really caring and dedicated professionals who care for and treat all conditions of the eye. They have the only Eye Emergency Room that i am aware of and they are simply the best in their area of expertise.

I arrived about 15 minutes before my appointment and was called back at 1 minute to my appointment. The receptionist and all of the other employees were very friendly and cheerful. The Doctor was talked to me in depth about why I listened to me without seeming to rush me through the examine.
