Dr. Carol was so friendly, caring, compassionate and explain things very well. She told me options for care, further testing that could be done, treatment for my arthritis, etc. All the staff were excellent.

Dr. Carroll is a thorough and kind doctor. All in the office staff are pleasant and helpful. Dr. Carroll never seems rushed or in a hurry. She listens to me. She doesn’t treat me like an old woman who can’t see, hear, nor think. I look forward to my my appointments with her.

Doctor Kimberly Carroll is the rare physician I look forward to visiting. She has such a warm and friendly disposition, is focused and mentally present during appointments, listens to and validates my need, then expertly assesses that need with her remarkable trove of knowledge and professionalism. With chronic conditions, such as mine, it's important to build an enduring trust within one's physician; Doctor Carroll makes that appear effortless, though I'm certain it isn't.

Dr Kimberly Carol answered all of my healthcare questions in a very clear and easy to understand way. She helped me understand why I was on the medication I was on more clearly and how other procedures I was being treated for might be effected by that medication. She helped me understand how procedures being done by other doctors were related to the care she was giving me. She spent as much time as I needed answering questions. She was very empathetic with the medical problems I was dealing with and helped me to feel much calmer and more comfortable with the treatments and testing I needed to undergo. She is one of my favorite doctors because she is so good at offering information when I don't know what to ask, so clear on explaining the answers to my questions and so empathetic regarding what I am going through. Her staff is also among the best I have dealt with.

Dr. Kimberly Carroll was excellent! Dr.Carroll is by far one of the easiest to communicate with and gave me the best information and explanations of the what my symptoms point to and what options I have to try and address them. She was also very personable and easy to relate to. She’s definitely a doctor I would never hesitate to recommend to family and friends.
