Dr Carroll is a great listener. She knows about my background in rheumatology and treats me with respect when discussing my medical plan. I would recommend her to anyone with rheumatologist needs. She is the best.

Dr. Carroll is always thorough, professional, and easy to communicate with. The convenience of video appointments is particularly appreciated due to mobility concerns.

Dr. Carroll is very compassionate and understanding. She has already helped me tremendously in the short time I have been seeing her, and she is encouraging at every appointment. I like her very much and trust her completely with my care.

Dr. Carroll is so friendly, compassionate, caring, and professional. She demonstrated a sincere interest in my health and helping me deal with my arthritis in my hands. All the staff were professional and friendly.

I love the staff at Dr. Carrol’s office they are always ALL patient and kind even if your speaking on the phone. Dr.Carroll is the best she’s very personal, thorough and will bend over backwards to give you the very best care. Love this office

Dr. Carrol listened to my concerns and explained things in a clear way with no jargon. I felt more positive about my diagnosis and disease progression after my visit. The receptionist and nurse were kind and professional. Overall, I had a positive experience.

Dr, Carroll and staff were amazing. They were helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. They listened to my concerns and addressed all of them. Often as patients, we feel rushed and treated as if what we are experiencing is not important. Dr. Carroll and staff exemplified professionalism and caring. I left the office feeling like some one cared.

Yes, there was great interest in my background and history, both medically and personally. I felt like a patient and not just another insured nobody. Did not feel rushed at all, in fact, just the opposite. There was no timer that was running. I feel like I’m in great hands with Doctor Carroll.

I'm someone who has a number of specialists due to my illnesses. Dr. Carroll is amazing, she goes above and beyond! She is knowledgeable, professional, empathetic and supportive. The absolute best!

Dr Carroll is an excellent Physician in my book. She is not the stiff collared type, plus she not combines her professional skills, but applies common sense as well. Feel extremely fortunate to have her as my physician, but for my wife as well.

Dr. Kim Carroll took the time to get to know me since I was. New pt. I was VERY impressed with how much time she spent with me. She was pleasant, thorough and I felt heard. I would highly recommend her. I have Alopecia Universialis and she showed she cared about me. Unfortunately, she could not help me but ruled some other autoimmune diseases out. I am grateful for her expertise.

Dr Kimberly Carroll is extraordinary! She explained everything to Mr, spent a lot of time with me and thoroughly explained next steps. Her assistant was very good also. They were friendly, caring and personable. I am so happy I was referred to Dr Carroll. I trust her and value her.
