Dr. Carroll's assistant was so professional and personable. Really makes you feel at ease! Dr. Carroll is just golden-there's only positive things to say about her and her care!!! She is extremely smart and competent. When I saw her initially, she worked diligently and persistently until a correct diagnosis and effective treatment was achieved. She is professional but also has the best "bedside manner" She listens attentively and answers all of your questions until you are satisfied. She is kind caring and thorough. She is the type of physician that you feel like I'm in excellent hands and if my health takes a turn, she could tackle anything! I highly recommend her!!

Dr. Carroll is a thorough and kind doctor. All in the office staff are pleasant and helpful. Dr. Carroll never seems rushed or in a hurry. She listens to me. She doesn’t treat me like an old woman who can’t see, hear, nor think. I look forward to my my appointments with her.

Doctor Kimberly Carroll is the rare physician I look forward to visiting. She has such a warm and friendly disposition, is focused and mentally present during appointments, listens to and validates my need, then expertly assesses that need with her remarkable trove of knowledge and professionalism. With chronic conditions, such as mine, it's important to build an enduring trust within one's physician; Doctor Carroll makes that appear effortless, though I'm certain it isn't.
