Carrissa is pleasant and amicable. She does get at her job efficiently, but I often have questions, and she does move quickly to the next patient. I prefer not to interrupt her while she is examining my skin or doing a procedure, so a question & answer period before or following an exam would be welcomed. I did manage to have my questions addressed by the attending nurse.

Love my provider, nurse and reception staff was great! Mercy could do better on informing their patients of massive construction and best ways to get to there facility.
