Only quibble is that she and I agreed to an annual visit but I'm schedule every six months-not sure Ms. Riggs was responsible for that. I felt she was caring, a great listener and communicator, knew her stuff was able to do it and explain it. Outstanding!

Carissa has been my provider for a few years. She takes her time to understand any current issues I have or new developments that I need to bring to her attention. I do not love getting poked at during these times - but Carissa makes the experience as informative and enjoyable as possible. She is one provider that your leadership needs to take notice of and ensure she does not look for greener pastures.
