Dr. Carrie Smith and her assistant, and the technician were very good in explaining my problem with my dry eyes. Dr. Smith offered another option for my dry eye that I haven't tried. Very impressed with the staff.

Usually excellent service. This time after taken back to room and very long wait. Worse part it was absolutely freezing. When asked, was told one of the drs was very hot natured. If was freezing and I had on long sleeved shirt.
