The nurse/technician was very welcoming and personable. I cannot remember her name, but she had a cool butterfly scrub top. Dr. Smith was excellent, as well - you can see how passionate and knowledgeable she is about her practice and that is very nice/comforting as a patient.

Prompt check in and moved smoothly into exam room. Dr smith explained my issue in terms I could understand. Tonya was great too explaining everything step by step. Service was excellent from beginning to the end of visit

Dr. Carrie Smith does a great job of communicating, and listens well. The staff is very considerate and professional. However, the wait to be evaluated was pretty long. Nearly an hour of waiting for 15 minutes of service.

- no samples given for contact lens solution or eye drops
- was given a bill with an extra charge AFTER the exam had been administered (no prior warning or explanation)
- given paperwork to sign regarding billing, etc after going through dilation and wasn’t able to read anything
