Making the appointment and checking in is very convenient. Staff very helpful with pre calls and appointment reminders and scheduling future appointments. Great practice within my community.

Do doctors and nurses wash their hands before they in a new room. I don’t remember any doctor washing their hands prior to treatment.

Dr Koop is a professional, knowledgeable provider. She was very helpful explaining CT cardiac results along with discussing a treatment plan ie: additional referrals, lab work, and medication. Dr. Koop spent adequate time with me. I left the appointment confident she understood my medical needs.

Dr. Koop listens to concerns and makes sure your concerns are validated. She does all the appropriate testing before prescribing medications and makes sure to communicate with you about your results and what the next steps will be before leaving the office.

I was staying with a brother in Howell until a place opened up for me in another city. I went to a couple different drs. Close by, but was not happy with their lack of interest. So I decided to make the trip back to Howell and see Dr. Koop. Best decision I made in years!
