Dr. Koop and her whole staff make you feel like you are talking to a friend and explain everything in plain English so when you leave you have a complete understanding of her dieignoice and plane to cure your condition.

As always, the entire staff was welcoming,.friendly, and.easy to talk to.They always seems to genuinely care about my family and have been very honest in there words treating everyone with respect. Dr. Carranda is amazing as always and I truly feel like she actually cares about our well being, and we are not just the next person on the docket. I could mot ask for a better Doctor. 10 stars!
