Caroline is wonderful to work with, caring and so reassuring. Wonderful to talk to and ask questions. She explains things so you can understand and make sure you do understand.

I am married to an RN. My sister-in-law is an RN. My niece is an RN and my niece in law works at the [ ]! So I believe I have a very strong opinion of how medical professionals should treat their patients both in terms of medical care and the in a relationship in the office or on the operating table. I find Caroline Shaw to be absolutely outstanding and both her medical professionalism and her interaction with her patients one of the best part of the experience with the electrophysiology department.

The office accommodated a time & venue change within minutes of my request and Caroline Shaws nurse assistant, & front desk reception expedited my arrival to the exam room and both the nurse (I believe her name is Karen or Kathy) and Caroline Shaw were incredibly patient and caring with me during my appointment. I can’t say enough good things about my experience
