You’re very concerned PA who talked to me about all my health conditions, options and medication. Explain what she was gonna try to do help me and resolve my issues order. I don’t wanna be sick and I don’t wanna die and she said she wouldn’t let that happen she was gonna help take care of me. My problems resolved. She explained things in details. Told me she was gonna talk with the doctor care team of outback daddy and Dr. Sharma she did so that day and return my phone call that night. She kept her word that makes her great at her job.

Caroline Shaw is an outstanding PA in the NCH Rooney Heart Group. She is highly competent has an upbeat positive disposition, is highly effective and efficient. She listens carefully and respectfully and quickly comes up with solutions based on medical science that meets my individual needs.
