As I said before, when I called for an appointment stating rather urgent concerns, I was given a date several months out. When I msg Dr. Schmidt and explained my concerns, she made room for me the next day. She is very, very busy as she is very, very good so I really appreciated her making an appointment so soon.

I understand she is very busy but when i see her annually for my skin check i would like like to feel like my questions and concerns are truely taken into consideration and addressed with more care. I leave feeling like i have wasted her time and that isnt right.
