The nurse that checked me in, my vitals and weight was just as informative as my Dr. she also answered all my questions with much patience

Dr Robichaux and nurses and staff were very knowledgeable and quite courteous. They did something which I consider invaluable in the medical profession today, they spent time explaining upcoming necessary testing, and all related items about my health conditions. Thank you to Dr Robichaux, nurses and staff for their stellar approach in regards to all of my medical matters!
What could have been done to improve this visit?
Nothing, there approach and treatment was magnificent. Personally I believe Thibodaux Regional medical Center would do well to continue to send entrant level medical personnel to Dr [last name] and Dr Robichaux to introduce the newer practitioners as to how medicine should be practiced in the 21st century!

Every time I visit dr Caroline office everything is perfect. Excellent. The nurses greetings you with excellent the doctor greetings you with excellent I am so glad I was referred to this doctor. She’s excellent on every occasion. and I would recommend anyone that’s looking for a doctor that’s gonna listen to you and not only listen to you help you in every way she can that will be Dr. Caroline. She’s excellent.

There’s nothing more to be done she complete everything she make sure you’re well. Taken care of before you leave that Office. She make sure you understand everything about your health. She is perfect. No other words to explain her I love her because she listens

First time seeing this Dr. and I was very satisfied with her and the front counter che k in and the lady that took my temperature, blood pressure, oxygen level. I loved the whole experience. They even sent me to do my blood work for my A1c like I asked. Thank you to the whole crew in that office

Dr. Robichaux's assistant nurse and the front office ladies are very pleasant. Dr. Robichaux is always thorough and is always ready to listen.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful 🙂 Doctor Carolina ROBICHAUX she shows a lot of care and friendliness to her parents. She's the best of the best doctor I ever met I just love her personality and the kindness she showed. She's a lovely person 💕 ❤️

I don’t think I ever had a GP so caring and her concerns for me were unbelievable. I am still in awe of the wonderful treatment I received from Dr. Robichaux. I will certainly recommend her to others.!

This was the first visit that staff was actually friendly! This was the first visit the nursing staff paid attention to me and actually spoke beyond curt replies or a grunt. I was literally in tears because of the friendly attitude

Dr. Robichaux is an excellent listener. She understood all of my health concerns, answered all of my questions, and provided guidance on how to proceed forward in wellness. I left our appointment feeling very grateful for having scheduled with her.
