Dr Na has been a God send. I have multiple health issues and even though I was on [ ] she never treated like less. She went over and beyond to help me get the [ ] for my trip. She and her assistant were actually sad to see me leaving. She is always very prompt at returning my messages on my chart.

Dr Na filled in for my primary care physician, Dr [ ], when she was not available. I've had a [ ] for a month now that seems to finally be going away thanks to both doctors filling in and going above and beyond to research and treat me, in the absence of "my urologist" who, along with his office, was unresponsive in my time of need.

Dr. Na knew so much about the medicine I was looking to start taking. She walked through many different options ultimately helping me land on one that would fit my needs. She is *always* very patient and specific.

Dr Caroline Ana is very patient and she does order test that are necessary for patients health and concerns. She listens carefully on my chief complaints. Though I can only discuss one thing at a time with her and not give her a list of issues, she will address an additional issue if time allows for it. Overall I am very happy with Dr Caroline Na.

It's my initial consultation with Dr.Caroline Na and I must say I am very pleased with the outcome of care and attention given to me. Dr. Caroline took her time to know my medical history and concerns about my health. I am happy that I found Dr. Caroline. I would highly recommend her, she has a very good bedside manner. Excellent, excellent at hearing & understanding problems, staying focused and on tasks, prioritizing issues. Within a short time frame, knowing exactly what to do, what [ ], etc to have done immediately. I am extremely impressed with Dr. Na and I have total faith that she is going to get to the root of it all. I was frustrated that I had to find a new primary care physician because of Medicaid. After only one meeting with Dr. Na, more was done with her in a 24 hour period than with any other office I have been to. To say I am pleased is an understatement. I have been living in [ ] for a long time, feeling almost crazy at times. I am and will continue to follow her instructions as I believe that my health & wellbeing is a priority for her, not just a job. Lastly, Dr. Na spent the allotted time with me very specifically. Our appointment was to get established as a new patient.. she is great, absolutely wonderful!

She was out on maternity leave, so I hadn't seen her in over a year. I saw a different provider. she was very thorough catching up before making any decisions and I truly appreciate her.
