Doctor Bekele explains everything in concrete details. I love how she interacts with us patients and I definitely love how she asks questions and go out of her way & make sure her patients are okay before leaving out the office. That’s true dedication!

The experience felt as if I were in an urgent care and she wasn’t my primary doctor. I’m sure this helps for her metrics and shorter wait times for patients which is great but it doesn’t give enough time for care. She didn’t spend much time listening to my concerns. Instead would hear a portion then write a prescription, next topic! I told her about a pain I head and she didn’t even attempt to examine it. She ordered blood work and then showed me the room. I didn’t even know my appointment was over until I came out of the lab and had to ask someone. It was very odd and rushed.
