Dr Valdes truly cares. She always listens. She always understands my questions. She takes the time to go over any area that I do not understand(she explains the why) She makes me feel comfortable. Please keep her.

On-time. Cares about me as a patient - asks lots of questions - confers with my other doctors when necessary. Does follow-up phone calls to check on my condition. Doesn't rush...gives me the time I need.
