My symptoms are severe headache, and yet she was loud and animated and not thoughtful of the fact that I have symptoms that need some quiet. I think that if people have problems working with the computer, then you need to provide a scribe so that the physician can actually spend time with the patient instead of just typing on a computer the information that I have told her. Entering into a computer is not patient care. I flew all the way from another country to get some help and instead I was so disappointed by this whole experience that I cried for two days. I thought I was coming to someone who had more experience, but it didn’t feel that way at all. I will not be recommending this physician to anybody

I left the office later than the front desk staff due to the doctors' thorough process. I arrived around 3:05 for my 3:30 appointment; by 3:10-3:15 I was already being seen. I expected an hour long appointment and hoped to feel comfortable sharing at least some of my concerns over one hour, but to my surprise I left after close around 5:20 and was met with so much warmth and patience I didn't miss a thought.
