The doctor came to us very quickly, spent plenty of time, and wasn't rushed. She interviewed my son very thoroughly, She answered all our questions in great detail. Several examinations were also prescribed. We thank the Dr. Hsu

Dr. Hsu is a blessing not only to this community of people but to the Piedmont system. As a first time mom, it’s hard to determine what’s normal and not normal for a newborn. To have someone that will listen to your worries, and make you feel heard and help you is the best feeling ever. She’s so informative that she leaves you fully acknowledged on what you was worried about and some. I’m thankful to have found her for my daughter.

We love Dr. Hsu! She sees all three of my children. When my daughter was a newborn and was struggling to gain weight, she personally called me to check in between visits. She comforted as a concerned mother and has listened to all of my concerns with my children.

I highly recommend Dr. Hsu to everyone I know! I know that I can 100% trust that she has my children’s best interest at heart. I never feel like I have to push to advocate for my kids because I know she is checking all the boxes and doing everything that needs to be done. She does not over react, but she does not wait around or hesitate when it comes to making referrals. So thankful for her!

Dr. Hsu has always been excellent with both of our kids. She takes the time to really listen to any questions or concerns we may have. And she also takes the time to give us any information needed, she does so in a very caring way, and also makes sure we understand the information given.

I could not ask for better care. Dr. Hsu treats us like family. She cares for my kids so well while also encouraging and reassuring me as a mother. I know that I can trust she will always be thorough and work in the best interest of my family.

I would recommend Dr Hsu as a pediatrician to anyone. I have two children, one of whom has a very complex medical case, and Dr Hsu has been an exceptional medical provider to both of them. She is knowledgeable- she knows her research and will patiently guide you thru facts vs myth. She is thorough- she doesn’t rush appointments and takes her time investigating the root cause of an issue. She is responsive- she will respond to my messages in MyChart no matter how small. And above all she’s caring- as a mom herself, she knows what it takes and always carries herself with empathy and understanding. I would highly recommend her, especially if you need a pediatrician that you can trust with a complex case. Thank you Dr Hsu!!

She has a great “bedside” manner. And she allows you time to talk without cutting you off which gives you the sense that she’s actually listening to you and always takes what you say into consideration

She's the best pediatrician I've had. She is caring and so sweet to my children. They are never worried about going to the doctor.
