Everyone was so kind and helpful. I was I was worried about what was going on and Dr Garcia made me comfortable with her diagnosis and helped me start getting things done a little closer to home which is very helpful I am very happy and ready to move on to my next appointment Thank you

I felt the doctor did not really answer my questions so much as respond with medical jargon, which was not that helpful.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
This appointment was the 1st appointment with this office after a recent hospitalization. We were seen quickly after arriving. The only complaint I have is that the doctor made multiple glances at her watch and made negative comments referring that she had another appointment scheduled at 830 and making us feel that we were taking too much time with our visit. I didn’t think that this was very nice especially when this was our initial appointment with her. Hopefully things will be less time consuming for her at our next appointment.

Doctor had poor bedside manner. She seemed annoyed when having to explain complex medical terminology to a new, young patient. She seemed highly annoyed when she would say her memorized spiel with fill up questions and the patient asked her to repeat the questions. While the doctor was aware of time/conscious of the next patient’s time, it was apparent that she treated the patient just as a number, and treated the information as a routine procedure.
