Only reason for less than 10 is for friends who are impatient about prolonged waiting time to be seen after arriving on-time for appointment.

Way too many text messages/reminders/precheck/check-in, etc. probably got 6-7 alerts and texts overall, it’s just too much. The visit itself was great but those alerts are enough to drive you crazy.
