They worked hard to make sure that I knew how important this is

The doctor was not prepared for my visit and had not reviewed my file or medical records. The appointment felt like a waste of time and new patient visit even though this appointment was a follow up visit and I was expecting a treatment plan. I am a college student in a different county and had to miss several classes just to be even more confused during the breast clinic visit. I felt like the doctor was more focused on my grandmother’s history of ovarian cancer versus what we had discussed prior about my mother having reoccurrence breast cancer and me being diagnosed with BRCA 2 +, my constant breast pains, and swelling. I had an urgency of wanting to get test done. I am in constant pain and the doctor only mentioned taking vitamin E without explaining why. I don’t even know if I can take vitamin E because of my Autoimmune disease and the Hydroxychloriqune that I take. The only good thing that came out of the appointment was the scheduling of a pelvic sonogram and finally getting some kind of labs done.

The doctor is good she is a good listener and caring

Everyone is so alert to help and make sure you get the care you need.

The staff was always courteous and patient. I like the way Dr Leitner sits and explain things to me. She doesn't rush. She makes sure that I understand.
