I am extremely pleased with the level of comfortable, yet professional, care this team has shown me. Carmela and Mary Lee work like a well oiled machine and I am grateful that they coordinate and execute my medical plans. The referrals to gastroenterology, cardiology and bone docs havw been good and are very good communicators. I am very pleased with their referrals. Overall much greater satisfaction than I was led to believe was possible when we made the choice to move rural. Keep up the great work.

I'm always able to get an appointment quickly, or within a reasonable amount of time. I feel I get answers to any questions I might have, and I don't feel any time pressure during my appointment. Practitioner Doll is welcoming, helping to reduce worries and anxiety. She listens to your problem and doesn’t hurry. She reviewed (twice) the at-home instructions and has arranged for a follow-up appointment. I’m always impressed with practitioner Doll. Thank you.

It's a busy office but everyone is nice and does their best to find any answers or get an appointment for. My NP listens and even records what we talk about so if she missed something she can go back and then call me or message me in MyChart

The entire office is professional and courteous, however, I am disappointed in my last visit that not enough was done to pursue the most immediate means to help alleviate the extreme pain I was in. They did not follow up with the referral office to see if and when they could get me and as a result I still have not seen my follow up doctor and as a result I have suffered with this excruciating pain for a week now and I still have no confirmation on what is causing the pain and how to alleviate it. I have been stuck in my home all week because the pain does not allow me to venture out safely. Just disappointed in the whole medical process if I’m being totally honest and I’m sure the pain is also the determining factor as to how and why I feel this way. Thank you.
