The entire office is professional and courteous, however, I am disappointed in my last visit that not enough was done to pursue the most immediate means to help alleviate the extreme pain I was in. They did not follow up with the referral office to see if and when they could get me and as a result I still have not seen my follow up doctor and as a result I have suffered with this excruciating pain for a week now and I still have no confirmation on what is causing the pain and how to alleviate it. I have been stuck in my home all week because the pain does not allow me to venture out safely. Just disappointed in the whole medical process if I’m being totally honest and I’m sure the pain is also the determining factor as to how and why I feel this way. Thank you.

Dr. Carmela is always kind , considerate, and caring. She always takes the time to listen to concerns and makes sure she understood what am talking about. The Oscoda clinic is fortunate to have Dr. Carmela on staff and her patients are lucky to have her as their Dr. She is the best!

I'm a new patient at this office. I have never been seen by a nurse practitioner or the like, only doctors. I was at first a little wary of this but Iwas impressed by her knowledge and professionalism and very satisfied with my visit.

I was so very well taken care of, advised as well as welcomed to the My Michigan Facility. My prescriptions were renewed promptly and accurately, my screenings were ordered correctly, my blood tests were done at my convenience and I was helped with gaining access to the website portal to check information posted about my health. Wonderful!
