The PA I saw was rude and rushing. I do not like doctors that do not take time to listen to patients needs.

I currently see 2 different doctors in the ENT clinic. At one time I saw 3! In many, many years I have never been more pleased with a medical group. The doctors and staff are caring, professional, and they take the time to talk about concerns, answer questions, and explain. I have recommended this clinic many times to friends.

Courteous and efficient check-in staff. Waiting area was clean and comfortable.
Exam room was clean, organized and comfortable.
Medical staff sanitized hands upon entering exam room and were professional and efficient.
Additionally, PA was knowledgeable, thorough, informative and took time to ensure all my questions were fully answered to my satisfaction.

I really really liked the provider. She made me feel extremely comfortable. She answered all of my questions without making me feel ignorant. She seemed genuine. She was funny. And I like her plan of care for my situation.
