Susan is always personable, knowlegeable and so kind which helps allviate anxiety Also the girl who checked me out went above and beyond to gwt me in prior to my departure to my summer home. She was exceptionall kind and acxomadating. The girls who checked me in were also kind and although one was i training, the process was smooth. Great desk staff
