The Best CARDIOLOGIST EVER. He exhibit very good characteristics of an EXCELLENT PHYSICIAN.
He is patient, took his time and asked all the right questions from a patient .
The problem was the other department with telephone number 239-624-4296. They have no sympathy for the patients and brushed us out as quickly as they can.

The nurse on my last appointment kept me up to date as to why he was late and when I would be seen. She also retook my [ ] because the first time it was [ ]. She waited 5-10 minutes and came back and retook it. No one else has ever done that

When calling for appointments or information about scheduled appointments, answers courteous and friendly. Arrival for appointments handled in good order and welcomed. Explanations and directions given without hurrying. Dr. Santos is a true physician who assures me that he is interested in my care and that of my husband.

Yes. Dr. Carlo Santos-Ocampo is outstanding and he is the only doctor that I will meet and talk too regarding my heart condition. He explains everything very clearly to me, he exhibits care when he speaks and always cares about my progress. He is a asset to your hospital staff.
