Dr. Stefanescu is A#1! She’s real with you, and talks with words that I understand. She’s a doctor a you can get deep with & feel comfortable letting it ALL out! I asked her opinion about the SNS French Manicure I’d just gotten the day before, she commented. Then I said, “I’m not a fan, it makes my nails look fat” & she sincerely laughed & as I did with her. I can’t say enough, DR.
STEFANESCU is the BEST!!!!!!

My Doctor Stefanescu, Carla ( ), MD, is the best doctor I could ever ask for. I started out obese with several health problems, but Doctor Stefanescu never gave up on me. I’m now healthier than ever and owe her my life.

I had an excellent experience at UAB Whitaker Internal Medicine 2 West. Dr. Carla and Toni were professional, caring, and attentive throughout my visit. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make me feel comfortable. The clinic was well organized, and I felt that my care was a top priority. Thank you to the entire team for providing outstanding service and compassionate care. I highly recommend this clinic to others.

Love my doctor and my appointment was perfect.
The only reason I wouldn’t recommend UAB is because when I was ill I had to see aPN who was not capable of handling my problems.
