Dr Cloos is always pleasant and explains things

I've felt in the past that Dr. Cloos didn't spend enough time with me and didn't listen well, but she was much better this appointment.

Too long of wait. 35 min in office before doc came in. No explanation or sorry. Too long to wait Also doc doesn’t smile
