The entire experience was exceptional, even �world-class�! I have experience as a patient at four elite-level US hospital systems. My experience with Dr. Orringer and NCH was elite-level! I was not expecting this level of care and patient experience at NCH! A truly exceptional level patient experience!

It was my first visit and Dr. Orringer actually took my history himself. I think doctors personally interacting with their patients is a huge plus for both doctor and patient. It reminded me of how medical care used to be.

Check in process is friendly and welcoming. Med techs are professional and efficient. Dr. Orringer's focus on prevention is so very appreciated.
