It was my first visit and Dr. Orringer actually took my history himself. I think doctors personally interacting with their patients is a huge plus for both doctor and patient. It reminded me of how medical care used to be.

Check in process is friendly and welcoming. Med techs are professional and efficient. Dr. Orringer's focus on prevention is so very appreciated. It's a privilege to have a physician of his caliber, intellect and temperament as a health advocate. So grateful he is willing to share his considerable talent.

Dr Orringer is THE BEST doctor I have ever met! He genuinely cares and took as much time as I needed to explain my history. I didn’t feel rushed at all. His nurse practitioner was equally as good. I feel blessed to have met them both!

I am from the Boston area so my expectations for medical treatment are very high. I have been so impressed with the care and incredible service that has been afforded to me that I can honestly say," the total medical experience at NCH has surpassed my expectations and surpassed the level of medical treatment received at Mass General." The respect, kindness, and friendliness shown by everyone at NCH was an added bonus. All of my appointments have been met with timely meetings. . Great hospital and great program !!!
