Carissa was extremely welcoming, caring, helpful, compassionate, and respectful. She took time to ask thorough questions to find the cause of my issues, which many providers fail to do. I have never felt so comfortable and heard in a medical setting. I would highly recommend her as a provider

Carissa was amazing. She answered questions before I needed to ask them, and I fully understand my treatment needs going forward. I was hesitant to schedule with a different provider than my usual, but I have no issue going to either now. 12/10!

Dr. Casper and her nurse who cared for me were so kind and receptive. They listened intently and were able to squeeze me in for an annual when I originally only came in for a [ ]. They explained everything thoroughly and checked in with me often.

Both the doctor and her assistant made me feel extremely comfortable and safe. They also made me laugh which was so helpful since I was feeling very anxious. They listened and communicated which I really appreciated.

All the staff members who helped me were all so friendly and caring. I've never felt so comfortable and taken care of at a health facility like I was here. It was refreshing being in an office where you can tell the staff genuinely care about their patients!

I tried for months to schedule my initial appointment because I am not typically fond of seeing PAs or NP. After several months of calling and being on a waiting list I finally gave up and said “just schedule me with whoever is available”. Turns out I was very impressed with Carrisa and would definitely not hesitate to schedule to see her again. She was great and very thorough and caring!

I want to keep her and go back. The place was clean,they were friendly,good parking,good tiing and pace. Made me feel at ease and questions answered,gave you information that she had in her head. They had a sense of humor and fun. A fun experience for not so fun exam.
