Dr Cooper actually does listen to her patients and really care about them. She is very nice and does not rush the appointments.

Respectful, personable, and helpful with sharing her knowledge related to my concerns. She gave me some suggestions that were very helpful regarding to how to best support my physical body.

The only minor piece of feedback I would suggest is doing a more clear “goodbye”. Both times she left with saying something like “they will be right with you to draw your blood”. The very first time I was confused on if she was going to return to my room or not. So it would just be nice if she said a clear “goodbye, take care” etc. But everything else was great!

Dr Cooper offered several different plans on helping me with high cholesterol. She suggested a CT scan for calcium around the heart and understood that my goal was to get off the cholesterol meds. She took her time and listened to me and my concerns.

She needs to be more attentive...and listen to her patients. Explain why/what medications are for and recommend what the next steps are to help with getting better. Lastly, i feel she is disconnected, comes off as robotic and needs to keep her emotions in check.
