Dr Cooper offered several different plans on helping me with high cholesterol. She suggested a CT scan for calcium around the heart and understood that my goal was to get off the cholesterol meds. She took her time and listened to me and my concerns.

She needs to be more attentive...and listen to her patients. Explain why/what medications are for and recommend what the next steps are to help with getting better. Lastly, i feel she is disconnected, comes off as robotic and needs to keep her emotions in check.

Dr Cooper is one of the best I have been with in all my years. She takes the time to understand your needs, discusses options, is frank, honest and explains things in a way I understand. I am very grateful for her.

I hated switching insurance as I have been with UofM Health Systems for 20 years and the do not take the new insurance but being forced to find a new PCP, I am happy I selected Dr. Cooper.

Dr. Cooper does not make you feel like you’re wasting her time. She will talk with you as long as you need to go over things explain things very shows much empathy makes me feel respected and listen to.
