Dr. Herr and his staff are absolutely wonderful. My son now sees the Dr. Herr as well and we always have our answers fully listened to and they always get us the answers.

I absolutely love Dr Herr and the staff! Everyone is so welcoming and have my best interest in heart. They are all about knowing you as a person vs just another patient. EVERYONE that I have encountered has been absolutely wonderful!! A special shout out to Dr Herr who always makes it so personal, positive and gives me super great care! Go team!!! I can’t say enough positive things about this team!!!

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr. Herr is the best physician I’ve ever had. He listens to his patients and takes everything they say into consideration. He even uses humor in a way that adds a level of comfort. Would recommend to anyone. Had my PCP at Saint Luke’s for decades and glad to have finally established a relationship with a specialist as well.

Dr. Herr was very nice and took time to answer all my questions. He had gone over my info already which made the first appointment easier.

Appointments run on time or early. Everyone one is very friendly. Dr. Herr is very knowledgeable and thorough. I leave my appointment feeling good about myself and the care I have received. Would definitely recommend Dr. Herr to anyone needing diabetic care. Keep up the good work.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr. Herr and staff were remarkable. They were very attentive and listened well and ask very directed questions that got to some underlying issues. His listening, ability and knowledge and life experiences helped me understand potential changes to medication and make educated choices. I look forward to seeing him again in four months.

Dr. Hur is amazing. He is understanding. He explains everything with care. He's very attentive to what you need. He listens very carefully. I have never had any problems with him. He really wants to make sure that your progress is good. If it's not that good, he never makes you feel guilty. He only makes you feel He only gives you encouragement for next time. He's extremely kind.

I have been hypothyroid for 26 years, and Dr. Herr has helped me more than any other doctor. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and is excellent at communicating. His optimism and kindness always leaves me feeling hopeful and relieved.

Dr. Herr is AMAZING ! He listens & doesn't judge. He understands life happens & each person is an individual with their own needs & concerns. His staff are always friendly & polite. I drive an hour to see him & will continue to do just that because he's a great doctor. I've already referred him to some of my friends and family. Keep up the good work Dr. Herr & staff

Assured that I’m receiving the best care and guidance from Dr. Herr. When he comes into the room he knows your history and what is needed without having to look through notes. He’s genuinely concerned, supportive, caring and kind. Always pleasant. I’m very comfortable discussing anything with him. He is never condescending. I’m very fortunate he is my endocrinologist.

This is one of the best doctors I've ever had. I've spent a whole lifetime going to horrible doctors and every single person on the staff was amazing. They listened to everything I say. They're fully compassionate and the doctor is one of the most compassionate people I've ever met in my life. He follows up if he believes you need any more help. They're responsive. They get back to you immediately. And I have a special case so he'd listen to me and didn't just listen to the charts. And I will recommend this doctor to every person I ever meet.
