CRNP Callan was well prepared for this not routine, based on matters discussed, visit and had read advance message sent via MyChart portal and ordered some additional bloodwork beyond the every four weeks normal.She listened carefully and responded with actions to attend to my quality of life concerns from respiratory illnesses experienced 5 times over the last 17 months. I am thankful for her attentiveness to my need for solutions.

Please don't flag the office for time issues, we were late and weather was bad. I was pleased that Callan agreed to see me. Callan is a brilliant nurse practitioner. She is very clear and informative as well as sympathetic. It was Friday when we met and ecause we are going on a new path, things are not quite in place.
