The front office secretary was very professional yet extremely friendly and expressed genuine concern for my well being.

I have kidney disease and had septis. so when I got sick I tried to get an appt to my urologist. I told them I just got out of hospital and I needed appointment asap. I was told I would have to wait until July. I called infectious disease and got an appoitment immediately. Dr Callahan got me an appt right away. When I was in the hospital I asked for a urologist and was told they didnt have any. I will never go back to that hospital. I thank God I have Dr Callahan for a doctor. They are all so friendly and caring and it made me feel safe. Kaylee the PA would always see me if I called. She always took time to explain everything and I never felt rushed.
