Dr. Calkins is the first doctor I have seen in ages that actually took time to both get to know me and understand my problem. I was not herded-in and out with a 5-minute visit. He took the time to explain everything to me and I had so many questions. He also was attentive to how my problems were affecting every other area of my life. He was lovely and caring and absolutely charming. I wish more doctor's were like him. I am fully-practicing all his suggestions and look forward to my follow-up visit in 6-months. Thank you! Dr. Calkins and his team (another EP doctor and a trainee) were all very attentive and aware of the details of my case. My questions about possible follow up options were carefully considered, and recommendations were discussed based on current research with thoughtful consideration for my specific priorities. This team provides a very high level of knowledgeable care, who I would recommend to anyone for Cardiology and EP care. They were also complementary about the efforts I make to maintain my own health.

I felt the doctors were 100% prepared for my visit and were completely up-to-date on my medical history. While I brought my own reference notes, and needed to provide some dates regarding medication start/stop, I needed to share very little given they were fully informed of my situation when I walked in the door.

Dr. Calkins has always been attentive and responsive, more than any other doctor I have been the patient of. He is also extremely intelligent concerning his field of medicine and I consider myself very fortunate to be his patient

Drs. [staff] and Calkins are outstanding, compassionate, very skilled, and attentive to patients' needs. I am very grateful to have them as my surgical team. Dr. [staff] and I go back many years. Her previous sugeries healed very well, and I have complete trust in her skill and concern for my ongoing skin cancer issues.

Dr. Calkins has been my heart (atrial fibrillation) physician for over a decade. He is top notch by any and every measurement--state-of-the-art subject knowledge, personal demeanor--friendly, kind, amazingly accessible, sincere, makes you feel at ease--attentive to any followup that might be needed or recommended. In short, Dr.Calkins is the epitome of what anyone could want or hope for as their physician.
